We love to throw private parties, and it shows every time we do. We can accommodate private events from 10 to 100 people. We have two rooms to choose from; our Villagio Room seats up to 35 people and our Vineyard Room seats up to 100 people. Each room will be festively decorated for the holidays. GENERAL PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION
DEPOSITS
Cucina Roma requires a $250.00 deposit to reserve one of our private rooms. Our deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied towards the balance at the end of your event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
Cucina Roma does not automatically levy a "room charge." We have established food & beverage minimums that apply to all parties utilizing a private room. These amounts will vary depending on the day and time of the event. A minimum will be applied to all Saturday and Sunday daytime parties. Food & beverage minimums do not include tax, service charge or any other additional services provided. Service charges are calculated based on the food & beverage minimum. If the food & beverage minimum is not met at the end of the party, at this time a "room charge" will be added to meet this minimum.
MENU
Cucina Roma requires final menu selections to be made two weeks prior to the party. We can provide one printed menu card per table upon request. Additional menu cards may be printed for an additional $1.00 each. Children's prices are available and are dependant on the private party menu selected. Menu and beverage prices are subject to change. All food and beverage is to be provided by the restaurant.
GUARANTEE
A final confirmation of guaranteed number of guests is required by 12:00 noon, 3 days before the party. This number will be considered final and charges will be made accordingly. If this count is not received by the required date, we will use eh expected number of guests from the party contract as the final guarantee.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Our staff at Cucina Roma will be happy to help you with any specialty linen, flowers, centerpieces or audio visual needs for your party. These services may require an additional charge. We can also help you arrange entertainment for your group. Cucina Roma does have an unattended coat room guests may use. We are not responsible for any items left in the coat room.
SERVICE CHARGE
An 18% service charge and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage charges. A $75.00 bartender fee will apply to certain private room parties.
CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation occur. Cucina Roma will refund a deposit for parties booked Sunday through Thursday, 90 days prior to the date of the party. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the party, the deposit will be forfeited. Should a cancellation occur for a party booked on a Friday or Saturday, Cucina Roma will refund the deposit 180 days before the party. If the party should be cancelled within 180 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
BILLING
The party will be billed per the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. Final payment is due upon completion of the event. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, major credit cards or a pre-approved business check.
